Changing Your Lifetimely Plan
To upgrade, downgrade, or change your Lifetimely plan, navigate to Settings > Change Plan.
On the Change Plan page, you’ll see all available plan options with your current plan clearly highlighted.
Your current monthly order usage is displayed at the top-right of the page to help you choose the most suitable plan.
Simply click the 'Select Plan' button under your desired option to make the change.
If you're having trouble upgrading, downgrading, or changing your Lifetimely plan your Shopify account must have Administrator Access or have the correct User permissions. Without this access, you may not be able to select a plan and approve the charges in Shopify.
To check your access:
- Go to your Shopify Admin.
- Click on Settings > Users and Permissions.
If you do not have Administrator access, contact the store owner or another administrator to update your permissions. Changing your Lifetimely plan involves approving a subscription charge. You need the following permissions enabled in your Shopify account:
- Manage Plan
- Manage App Billing
- Approve App Charges
