Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel the subscription, you can simply uninstall the Lifetimely app from your Shopify store. 

We will then stop any upcoming billing and will remove your Lifetimely account's data permanently within 48 hours

Here are the steps to delete the Lifetimely app from Shopify:

Once you log into your Shopify admin,

1. Please click the Settings button on the left-hand menu, as shown below

2. Then, on the Settings page, please click the Apps and sales channels option

3. There, under the Installed tab, you should see the Lifetimely app

4. On the Lifetimely app row, you should find the option to uninstall as shown below:
