How long will it take my Shopify data to sync to Lifetimely after I download the app?

My data has finished syncing. Why is my LTV report still showing no data?
Even after your product and order data have finished importing, it may take an extra hour or two to generate your first LTV report (and perhaps longer for bigger stores).
How frequently do you refresh my data in Lifetimely?
How often your data is updated depends on the size of your store and various other parameters, but new orders in Shopify are synced immediately, and ad spend is synced every 10-15 minutes on average.
Data Security
How safe is my data in Lifetimely?
Your data is completely safe with us. We keep up with all security patches, and our databases are kept walled off from the internet. All connections to our databases and backup databases are internal network only.

Account Capabilities
Can I set my currency to something other than my Shopify store's currency?
Unfortunately, there is no option to convert your data to anything other than your Shopify store's currency. If your Shopify store and your ad accounts use different currencies, then we will automatically convert your ad accounts to your Shopify store's currency.
Can I add a second Shopify store to my account?
For now, each Lifetimely account can support only one Shopify store. However, if you have multiple Lifetimely accounts, logging out is not required to toggle between accounts.
