How to filter for Bold/Recharge subscription customers
To filter for Bold or Recharge subscription customers when applying filters on the Lifetime Value Report (or any other customer behavior report):
- Click "Filters"
- Click the "Tags" drop-down menu
- Click the text box under "Customer tags" and select "Active Subscriber"
- Click the same text box again and select "Inactive Subscriber"
- Click the "Apply filters" button
This will include both one-time and subscription sales from customers who have been/are subscribers.
(Another way to see BOLD revenue is to select sales channel "457101" from the "Channels" filters, but this may not give you exact metrics.)
