How to filter for Bold/Recharge subscription customers

To filter for Bold or Recharge subscription customers when applying filters on the Lifetime Value Report (or any other customer behavior report):

  1. Click "Filters"
  2. Click the "Tags" drop-down menu
  3. Click the text box under "Customer tags" and select "Active Subscriber"
  4. Click the same text box again and select "Inactive Subscriber"
  5. Click the "Apply filters" button

This will include both one-time and subscription sales from customers who have been/are subscribers.

(Another way to see BOLD revenue is to select sales channel "457101" from the "Channels" filters, but this may not give you exact metrics.)
